ABOUT JUSTINE TRUMBETAS, LPC
Therapy That Honors the Whole You —Looking Beyond the Symptoms
I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor with more than a decade of clinical experience helping women navigate anxiety, depression, chronic stress, emotional overwhelm, relationship challenges, and difficult life transitions — without pretending the body isn't part of the picture.
I created Sacred Bloom Therapy for women who are tired of simply pushing through life while feeling anxious, overwhelmed, disconnected, or unlike themselves.
Online therapy for women in Pennsylvania, Florida, and Delaware

Meet Justine Trumbetas, LPC
I've spent more than a decade working with women through anxiety, depression, chronic stress, ADHD, relationship difficulties, grief, and major changes in their lives. One thing I've learned is that knowing why you feel a certain way doesn't always change it. You can be incredibly self-aware and still find yourself overthinking the same conversation, shutting down when you're overwhelmed, putting everyone else first, or falling back into patterns you promised yourself you'd handle differently next time.
That's part of why my work goes beyond talking about what happened during your week. I'm interested in what's happening underneath it: the beliefs you've carried, the ways you've learned to cope, what happens in your body under stress, the relationships that shaped you, and what your actual day-to-day life looks like.
I'm warm and compassionate, but I'm also an active therapist. I'll ask questions, point out patterns, teach you practical skills, and gently challenge you when I think something deserves a closer look. Therapy with me is collaborative—we're not just talking for an hour and hoping something changes.
A Little More About Me
Outside of the therapy room, you'll usually find me spending time with my husband and our two dogs, experimenting with new recipes, tending to my garden, or enjoying a walk outdoors. I love being in nature, staying active, and never pass up an opportunity to learn something new.
I'm also a firm believer that the little things matter. Slowing down long enough to enjoy a home-cooked meal, spending time outside, or taking a quiet walk can make a meaningful difference in how we feel. While life isn't always perfectly balanced, I believe those small moments help us reconnect with ourselves.
The values that guide my life—curiosity, compassion, honesty, and lifelong learning—are the same values I bring into my work as a therapist.

How I Approach Therapy
My approach is rooted in the belief that therapy should be both collaborative and deeply respectful of your unique experiences. We work together to understand the thoughts, behaviors, and physiological responses that keep you feeling stuck.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
We identify and challenge the thought patterns that contribute to anxiety and low self-worth, replacing them with more balanced and helpful perspectives.
Somatic & Nervous System work
We address the physical manifestations of stress in your body, using nervous system regulation techniques to help you feel safer and more grounded.
Food, Mood & Lifestyle Factors
Mental health is influenced by more than thoughts alone. When appropriate, we may explore how nutrition, sleep, movement, stress, daily routines, and other lifestyle habits affect your mood, energy, and overall well-being. These conversations are intended to support your mental health alongside therapy—not replace medical or nutritional care.
Mindfulness-Based Therapy
We pay attention to how stress shows up in real time—racing thoughts, tension, shutting down, feeling on edge, difficulty settling—and practice ways of helping your mind and body respond differently.
Trauma-Informed Practical Care
Our sessions focus on realistic, sustainable change that respects your history while giving you the practical skills needed for your daily life.
Education & Practical Skills
I believe understanding why you're feeling the way you do can be just as empowering as learning how to cope. Throughout therapy, I provide education about topics such as anxiety, ADHD, stress, trauma, relationships, boundaries, and the mind-body connection while teaching practical skills you can use in everyday life.
There is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. Every session is tailored to your unique goals, experiences, and strengths.
Why I Created Sacred Bloom Therapy
The name Sacred Bloom reflects what I believe about growth.
Every person has inherent worth, even during the seasons when they feel anxious, overwhelmed, grieving, or disconnected from themselves. Like flowers, we all grow differently. Some bloom early, some bloom later, and no two bloom in exactly the same way or at the same pace.
I chose the word Sacred because I believe every person deserves to be treated with dignity, compassion, and respect. I chose Bloom because meaningful change isn't something we can force. It happens gradually, with the right support, self-understanding, and space to grow.
My hope is that therapy becomes a place where you can reconnect with yourself, trust your own pace, and grow into the person you've always been beneath the stress, self-doubt, and expectations you've been carrying.
