In the first session, we will explore your current concerns, your history, your goals, and what kind of support may feel most helpful.

From there, therapy is tailored to your needs and may include deeper emotional processing, practical tools, nervous-system support, body awareness, and reflection around the patterns shaping your daily life.

Sessions are collaborative, grounded, and paced with care.

I’m Justine Trumbetas, LPC, a licensed professional counselor providing online therapy for women in Pennsylvania, Florida, and Delaware.

My approach blends evidence-based psychotherapy with somatic and holistic mind-body support. I bring over a decade of clinical experience and additional training in integrative mental health, trauma-informed care, mindfulness, and somatic techniques.

Fees & Insurance

Sacred Bloom Therapy offers private-pay therapy and accepts select insurance plans, including UPMC and Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield.

Private-pay and extended session options are available for clients who prefer more flexibility or want additional time for deeper therapeutic work.
